Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Architecture:

  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
  • Architect scalable and secure Salesforce data integrations and customizations.
  • Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices and enterprise architecture guidelines.

Data Integration and ETL:

  • Develop and manage data integration solutions using tools like Data Loader, MuleSoft, Informatica, or other ETL platforms.
  • Design and implement data pipelines to enable seamless data flow between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize data integration processes for performance and accuracy.

Data Modeling:

  • Create and manage Salesforce data models that align with business objectives.
  • Design custom objects, fields, and relationships to support business processes.
  • Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across all Salesforce solutions.

Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on Salesforce data best practices.
  • Conduct technical reviews, provide recommendations, and implement improvements.

Salesforce Expertise:

  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, specifically within Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage new Salesforce capabilities to enhance data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with at least 7+ years in a Salesforce Architect role.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce CRM, and related ecosystems.
  • Strong experience with data integration tools (Data Loader, MuleSoft, Informatica, or equivalent).
  • Proven expertise in ETL processes, data modeling, and database management.
  • Knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware platforms, and data synchronization methodologies.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Data Architect) are highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
