Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions. Architect scalable and secure Salesforce data integrations and customizations. Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices and enterprise architecture guidelines. Data Integration and ETL: Develop and manage data integration solutions using tools like Data Loader, Mule Soft, Informatica, or other ETL platforms. Design and implement data pipelines to enable seamless data flow between Salesforce and external systems. Troubleshoot and optimize data integration processes for performance and accuracy. Data Modeling: Create and manage Salesforce data models that align with business objectives. Design custom objects, fields, and relationships to support business processes. Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across all Salesforce solutions. Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to translate business needs into technical solutions. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on Salesforce data best practices. Conduct technical reviews, provide recommendations, and implement improvements. Salesforce Expertise: Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, specifically within Salesforce Data Cloud. Identify opportunities to leverage new Salesforce capabilities to enhance data-driven decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with at least 7+ years in a Salesforce Architect role. Expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce CRM, and related ecosystems. Strong experience with data integration tools (Data Loader, Mule Soft, Informatica, or equivalent). Proven expertise in ETL processes, data modeling, and database management. Knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware platforms, and data synchronization methodologies. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Data Architect) are highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
