Role DescriptionAs a Founding Developer at Varicash, you’ll play a central role in designing, building, and scaling our fintech platform from scratch. You’ll have complete ownership over core technical components and will collaborate closely with the team across product, design, and engineering.This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who loves solving problems, building fast, and working end-to-end. We value ownership, speed, and clarity, and we’re looking for curious, ambitious people who want to help shape something new from the ground up.Location: BangaloreExperience: 1-3 yearsStart date: ImmediatelyWhat You’ll DoDesign and develop product architecture and backend systemsBuild web and mobile apps using React / React NativeSet up and manage AWS infrastructure, DevOps pipelines, and deploymentsWork on backend APIs and services (Python desirable)Collaborate cross-functionally to ship fast and scale securelyWhat we're looking forHands-on experience with AWS, React/React Native, and DevOpsStrong fundamentals in Python, APIs, and distributed systemsComfortable taking ownership and making key technical decisionsExperience or interest in fintech or financial platformsBonusPrior experience with IndiaStack (AA, eSign, Digilocker, etc.)Background in fintech or early-stage startupsProduct mindset and design awarenessWhy JoinBuild from 0→1 with full autonomy and impactShape the technical foundation of a fast-growing fintech productIn-office team in Bangalore — fast-paced, collaborative environmentApply: careers@varicash.com
