Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Engineer – Dow SealantsLocation: Karnataka (Preferably Bengaluru, with travel across the state)Employment Type: Full-TimeCompensation: Fixed Salary + Attractive Commission Industry: Construction | Aluminium Fabrication | Building InteriorsAbout UsWe are a leading trading and distribution company in the construction industry with over 50 years of market presence. We are authorised distributors for various reputed brands, including Dow Sealants, and cater to façade, glazing, aluminium fabrication, and interior contractors across Karnataka.To strengthen our presence and expand our Dow Sealants business in Karnataka, we are looking for dynamic Sales Personnel with relevant industry experience.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell Dow Sealants to: *Aluminum fabricators *Façade & glazing contractors *Interior contractors *Project management consultants (PMCs), architects, and buildersDevelop and manage a strong customer base across Karnataka.Generate new leads, conduct client meetings, and provide product presentations and technical guidance where required.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the Dow Sealants range.Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery follow-ups, and payment collection.Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in the construction and interiors space.Participate in site visits, mockups, and trials as needed to support customers.Experience:2–7 years of experience in sales/marketing in construction-related products, preferably:Aluminium profiles/hardwareSealants/adhesivesGlass, façades, cladding, or interior finishing materialsIndustry Exposure:Strong network or prior experience with aluminium fabricators, glazing contractors, and/or interior contractors in Karnataka is highly preferred.Education:Graduate in any discipline; Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical) or MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.Skills & Attributes:Good communication and negotiation skillsStrong relationship-building abilitySelf-motivated and target-orientedWillingness to travel within KarnatakaLanguages:Proficiency in English and Kannada; Hindi will be an added advantage.What We OfferOpportunity to work with a reputed company with over 50 years of legacy in the construction tradeStrong product portfolio and backing from leading principals like DowCompetitive salary and performance-based incentivesSupportive work environment with long-term growth prospects
