Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations & Management:

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Ensure stock levels are managed, and inventory is restocked as needed.
  • Implement loss prevention strategies and security measures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.

Sales & Customer Service:

  • Drive sales and achieve revenue targets through excellent customer service and sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement improvements.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Hire, train, and develop store employees to enhance performance.
  • Schedule and manage staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage.
  • Motivate the team to achieve sales goals and maintain high morale.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching for improvement.

Marketing & Promotions:

  • Execute in-store promotions and events to increase customer engagement.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Implement local marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and sales.

Financial & Reporting:

  • Manage store budget, expenses, and financial performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales trends, profits, and losses.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
  • Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Previous experience in a retail environment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
