Job TitleThe Oracle EBS OPM Consultant role requires a professional with strong business acumen and technical expertise in Oracle Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Quality modules.Key Responsibilities:Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and design solutions in collaboration with onsite IT analysts.Work closely with the technical team to develop and support Oracle EBS Applications.Test and deploy solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.Liaise with Oracle on production issues and product bugs.Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for production operations, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.Required Skills and Qualifications:At least 6-9 years of experience in Oracle Process Manufacturing in EBS along with the Costing module.Full cycle implementation experience in the above modules is essential.Support project experience in Oracle EBS Applications as an EBS Manufacturing Functional Consultant is required.Strong understanding and hands-on experience in:Oracle Manufacturing and Maintenance in EBS.Oracle Cost Management.Plan to Produce and Make to Order business flows.Development and functional teams collaboration to finalize cross-functional solutions.Test script preparation and execution in functional testing/system integration testing.Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial.Good understanding of Agile Development Process.Experience in Configuration Management and Incident Management.Fusion SCM knowledge is beneficial.Basic SQL and PL/SQL skills are necessary.Preferred Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a master's degree from a reputable institution is preferred. Manufacturing System Management or Module certification is beneficial but not required.
