Manufacturing Consultant RoleThe Manufacturing Consultant combines business knowledge with understanding of multiple Oracle modules.This role involves analyzing business problems and opportunities, recommending solutions based on Oracle Architecture, and facilitating communication between business and technical resources.Collaborate with business partners and onsite analysts to understand and translate requirements.Work closely with the technical team to hand off functional design and support in technical design and Development of the solution.Test solutions, drive SIT/UAT, and support deployment after going live.Liaise with Oracle on production issues and product bugs.Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in production operations, identify root cause of issues, and recommend implementation for uninterrupted production operations.Responsibilities:Analyze business requirements and develop effective solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.Provide expertise in Oracle manufacturing, maintenance, and quality modules.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.Requirements:6-9 years experience in Oracle Process Manufacturing in EBS along with Costing module.Experience in 1-2 full cycle Implementations in the above modules.Minimum 1-2 Support project experience in Oracle EBS Applications as EBS Manufacturing Functional Consultant.Strong understanding and hands-on experience in areas like Oracle Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Cost Management.Plan to Produce and Make to Order business flows, working with development and functional teams, preparing Test Scripts/BR100 and Test Execution.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Good understanding of Agile Development Process, Configuration Management, and Incident Management.Knowledge of Fusion SCM is a plus.Hands-on experience in basic SQL and PL/SQL.
