Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Regional Placement Manager. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with employers, industry professionals, and alumni to create employment opportunities for students.The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets.To achieve this goal, the Regional Placement Manager will coordinate meetings and presentations with representatives of companies to showcase the talent pool of students. They will also collaborate with faculty and alumni to leverage connections and referrals for company recruitment.In addition, the successful candidate will be required to organize employer visits, guest lectures, and industry-specific events to foster networking opportunities for students. They will also coordinate job fairs, on-campus recruitment drives, and internship programs to connect students with potential employers.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with employers, industry professionals, and alumni to create employment opportunities for students.Identify and target major IT companies with strong brand recognition and reputation.Develop strategies to engage with major IT companies and promote the benefits of recruiting students from the institution.Coordinate meetings and presentations with representatives of companies to showcase the talent pool of students.Collaborate with faculty and alumni to leverage connections and referrals for major IT company recruitment.Organize employer visits, guest lectures, and industry-specific events to foster networking opportunities for students.Coordinate job fairs, on-campus recruitment drives, and internship programs to connect students with potential employers.Stay updated on industry trends, job market demands, and emerging career paths to provide relevant information to students.Please note that roles and responsibilities may be subject to change based on evolving needs.
