Renee Cosmetics is a leading Cosmetic company dedicated to innovation and quality. We are seeking a talented NPD Packaging Development Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of new products that resonate with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Packaging Design: Develop innovative packaging solutions that enhance product appeal and functionality while adhering to brand guidelines and sustainability practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure packaging aligns with product specifications and market needs.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and consumer preferences in packaging, ensuring our products remain competitive and relevant.
  • Material Selection: Evaluate and select appropriate materials for packaging, considering factors such as cost, performance, and environmental impact.
  • Prototyping and Testing: Create prototypes and conduct tests to evaluate packaging performance, durability, and shelf life.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all packaging meets regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Project Management: Manage timelines and budgets for packaging development projects, ensuring on-time delivery and quality standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of packaging specifications, changes, and approvals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
  • years of experience in packaging development or related role, preferably in Colour Cosmetics.
  • Strong understanding of packaging materials, design principles, and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
