We are a global leader in the technology arena and there’s nothing that can stop us from growing together.What we are looking forRole: Mainframe DB2 DBAExperience Range: 7 – 15 YearsLocation : /Bangalore/MumbaiMust Have:Experience in Mainframe Db2 v12/ v13 Database System-Administration on z/OSDB2 installation, upgrade, patching, configuration and operationsProficiency in DB2, VSAM Systems Performance Tuning and Capacity PlanningExperience in Data Sharing setup in Parallel Sysplex environmentKnowledge in ACF2/RACF, CICS v5.5, Mainframe MQ v9Experience in SMPE and ISV tools installation and migration Good to Have:Database DR, Cloning, Backup/Recovery, HA and Point In Time Recovery (PITR) expertiseExperience with Database ISV Tools and Products like OmegaMon and AdminToolApplication related performance tuning; Write, modify, and debug database specific SQL queriesDBA related utilities like Unload, Load, DSNJU003, DSNJU004,Reorg, Runstats, image copyREXX, CLIST, JCL, JES and Assembler knowledgeEssential:Define and provide guidance for database creation, configuration, upgrade, patches and refresh requirements Recommend operating system and database performance monitoring, tuning and configuration changesExperience with database physical and logical design, query analysis and optimizationProvide technical assistance and subject matter expertise to applications groups. Provide database storage management and capacity management recommendationsMinimum Qualification: •15 years of full-time education•Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
