Automation Test Lead Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Automation Test Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the development and implementation of automated testing strategies.Key Responsibilities:Design and Implement Automated Tests: Hands-on experience in designing and implementing automated tests for web and mobile applications using Selenium and BDD frameworks.Create and Maintain Test Automation Frameworks: Create and maintain test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API projects.API Testing and Automation: Experience in API testing and automation, with good knowledge of Postman, RestAssured, and Karate.Test Planning and Execution: Write and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.Team Leadership: Expected to be proficient in one of the test BDD frameworks Cucumber.Requirements & Skills:Functional Requirement Gathering: Min 8 years of experience in gathering functional requirements.Selenium BDD Automation: Min 8+ years of experience in Selenium BDD automation.Cucumber: Min 4+ years of experience in Cucumber.Core Java: Min 6+ years of experience in Core Java.API Automation: Min 4 years of experience in API automation using Karate or RestAssured.GIT: Min 1 year of experience in GIT.Additional Requirements:Automation Framework Implementation: Min 5 years of experience in automation framework implementation.Gradle/Maven: Min 5 years of experience in Gradle or Maven.Jenkins: Min 4 years of experience in Jenkins.Postman: Min 2 years of experience in Postman.Database Testing: 2 Years of experience in database testing.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, experience in leading teams, and excellent communication skills.
