Role Overview We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with strong creative skills and hands-on experience in Figma to lead the design of engaging visuals across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of design systems, and the ability to translate brand strategy into impactful visual stories. Experience in designing emailers and digital marketing creatives will be considered a strong advantage.• Key Responsibilities: • Conceptualize and design high-quality visuals for web, social media, marketing campaigns, and branding projects. • Create, manage, and maintain design systems and reusable components in Figma. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences. • Design responsive and visually appealing emailers that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. • Ensure consistency of design language across all materials and touchpoints.• If needed should be able to provide mentorship and creative direction to junior designers. • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation in visual communication. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline. • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. • Expert-level proficiency in Figma (use of components, design systems, prototyping, collaboration). • Strong skills in Figma, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator etc.). • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and composition. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Experience in designing emailers or working on email marketing campaigns Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for email design implementation. • Exposure to UI/UX design principles or collaboration with digital product teams. • Good experience with Branding usage and implementation • Experience in a fast-paced marketing or tech environment.
