The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing experience in visual design and website development. This is a full-time, in-person role that involves working closely with our marketing and content teams to bring design and digital ideas to life.Key Responsibilities:Design engaging graphics for digital platforms (social media, web, campaigns) and print materials (brochures, banners, flyers, etc.)Develop and maintain websites using platforms such as Wix, WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify (experience in all not mandatory, but preferred)Create innovative and functional product/package designs aligned with brand identityEnsure responsive and user-centric web designSupport visual storytelling through motion design and animations (if skilled)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all outputsOptimize all design assets for performance and usabilitySoftware Knowledge (Must-Have):Adobe PhotoshopAdobe IllustratorAdobe InDesignAdobe After EffectsCorelDRAWCanvaAI tools - Image and video generatorBonus Skills (Nice to Have):Motion Graphics3D Modeling & AnimationBasic HTML/CSS knowledgePreferred Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic and web designBachelor's degree/diploma in Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or related fieldsStrong portfolio demonstrating graphic, packaging, and web design workExcellent communication and time-management skills
