Collaborating closely with the founding team, this engineer will lay the foundation for the product's backbone.Backend & Data Governance: This engineer will design and evolve scalable backend services, data models, and execute database migrations with minimal downtime.Fundamental Infrastructure: The engineer will establish robust APIs, manage external integrations, and deliver scalable infrastructure.Critical Logic Implementation: The engineer will implement custom business logic, workflows, and background jobs for automation and document processing.AI Integration: The engineer will work in tandem with product teams to integrate LLMs via SDKs/APIs.AI-Native Development: The engineer must be adept at building RAG pipelines, fine-tuning models, or creating AI agents to solve real-world business problems.RequirementsA Proactive Problem-Solver: This engineer must be able to identify the most critical problem and initiate solutions without relying on task lists.Proven Expertise: The engineer should possess 1-2 years of experience in a startup environment, accompanied by evidence of their work on GitHub/Portfolio.High-Volume Delivery: The engineer must demonstrate a track record of shipping significant features within short timeframes.A Business-Oriented Thinker: The engineer should comprehend the 'why' behind the 'what' and be capable of owning a feature from specification to launch.Tech Stack: Experience with AWS/GCP, integrating LLM APIs is required.Bonus: Familiarity with Flutter or MERN stack is highly advantageous.
