The position involves mentoring and leading the Social Media team.



Role Overview: As the Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be a great narrative builder and story teller. You will drive the social media direction and ensure we present and look our best everyday as a company. You will plan and execute a comprehensive Social Media strategy aligned with business objectives for all our group companies.



We are looking for someone who can:

  • Develop and execute Social Media strategies, crafting a roadmap with achievable leads, community growth and website traffic.
  • Build Social Media calendar for all BU’s
  • Finetune the narrative and positioning of each BU on social media aligned with business goals
  • Build smart and inventive social media posts that resonates with our Target audience that drives website traffics and reaffirms the narrative
  • Collaborate with writers, marketers, and stakeholders to maintain a strong digital presence.
  • Strategize and manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Generate and analyze weekly and monthly reports, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Identify and measure meaningful KPI’s and think beyond the Vanity Metrics
  • Strong competition and industry trends research and implementations



You have/are

  • Proven hands-on experience in Social Media, Content, and Paid Campaigns.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, Facebook, Youtube and Twitter.
  • Good experience in developing and managing the contents.
  • Understanding of Social Media tools such as Hootsuite, Tweetdeck, Sprout Social, zoho, Hubspot, Google Analytics and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent story telling and copy writing skills
  • Profound knowledge of B2B niche domain approach and sales stages
  • Previous experience in successfully mentoring and leading teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a problem-solving mindset.
