Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Manager to join our team. This dual-role position is critical in ensuring the recruitment of top-tier talent and the seamless management of HR operations. You will be responsible for developing effective hiring strategies, managing recruitment processes, and maintaining HR systems to support a productive and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding.
Build a strong talent pipeline using job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align hiring strategies accordingly.
Develop and maintain an engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

HR Operations
Manage and improve HR operations, including employee records, HR systems, and compliance.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Oversee leave and attendance management systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Employee Engagement & Life cycle Management
Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Facilitate on boarding processes to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into the organisation.
Conduct exit formalities, including exit interviews, documentation, and feedback collection.
Collaborate on initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

Key Skills and Competencies :
Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and tools.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.

Qualifications :
MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 to 8 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition and HR operations.
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is a plus.
