Job Title: Vice President – Lean Digital TransformationDelhi - NCR, IndiaExperience: 20+ yearsAbout the Role:This role is responsible for defining and executing the Lean Digital Transformation (LDT) roadmap for key customers within the Finance & Accounting domain. The position drives end-to-end digital, automation, AI/ML, GenAI, and process excellence initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and business process re-engineering methodologies.The leader will collaborate with global operations, technology teams, and client stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Lead transformation teams to deliver business outcomes and valueBuild and execute a transformation roadmap tailored to client objectivesAct as a strategic advisor to clients on digital and operational transformationLeverage industry solutions across AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic AIDrive digital optimization and implement automation opportunitiesDeploy automation, robotics, and Lean Six Sigma projects to improve operational efficiencySupport operations in achieving goals through robotics, analytics, and digital toolsLead VSM and process mapping activities to identify automation and improvement areasMinimum Qualifications:Strong experience in implementing RPA solutions (any leading RPA platform)Proven delivery of AI/ML, GenAI solutions for business problemsExperience leading large-scale transformation programs in F&AExposure to digital tools for transforming RTR processesSolid understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvementStrong project management, stakeholder management, and influencing skillsExcellent communication (oral & written) with clarity and impactLeadership capabilities—coaching, mentoring, and managing diverse teamsAbility to deliver under dynamic and tight timelinesDomain experience in FAO (AP, AR, RTR) or HRO
