About Role:

We’re looking for a skilled Generative AI and Chatbot Specialist to design, develop, and optimize AI-powered conversational systems. If you have expertise in NLP, chatbots, and delivering top-notch user experiences, this role is for you.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and deploy AI-driven chatbots using Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA).
  • Integrate and fine-tune generative AI models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Cohere).
  • Optimize conversational flows for accuracy and user engagement.
  • Integrate bots with backend systems and ensure cross-platform functionality.
  • Monitor performance, resolve issues, and implement enhancements.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in chatbot development and conversational AI.
  • Proficiency in NLP, machine learning, Python/JavaScript, and tools like OpenAI or AWS Lex.
  • Experience with large language models and fine-tuning techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.


Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Oracle OCI, Azure).
  • Knowledge of analytics tools for bot performance monitoring.
