Genomic Data Analyst PositionWe are seeking a skilled Genomic Data Analyst to support the analysis, interpretation, and reporting of genomic data. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in molecular genetics and bioinformatics, with the ability to translate complex genomic findings into clear, clinically meaningful insights.Perform high-quality analyses of whole exome, whole genome, and targeted gene panel sequencing data.Review and interpret variants according to established guidelines and industry standards.Generate accurate and clinically relevant genetic reports for physicians, clients, and internal teams.Collaborate with laboratory scientists, bioinformaticians, and clinical teams to ensure timely and accurate case review.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of genetic databases, variant classification tools, and the latest literature.Participate in regular case discussions, multidisciplinary meetings, and continuous quality improvement activities.Ensure all analyses and reports comply with internal SOPs, quality standards, and data privacy regulations.Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis: Perform comprehensive data analysis using various bioinformatics tools and techniques. Review and interpret genomic variants according to established guidelines and industry standards. Create accurate and clinically relevant genetic reports for physicians, clients, and internal teams.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Molecular Genetics, Biochemistry, or related field. 2+ years of experience in genomic data analysis, variant interpretation, and report generation.
