Job RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across various channels, resulting in effective brand building and performance outcomes.Conceptualize and lead cross-functional campaigns that drive business growth and align with our brand vision.Design and implement high-performing ad creative for digital platforms, working closely with the performance marketing team to analyze and optimize campaign results.Develop innovative influencer marketing ideas and concepts, writing compelling briefs and scripts for content creators.Evaluate and ensure influencer output meets brand standards and messaging.Collaborate with PR partners to craft compelling brand narratives and story angles, ensuring cohesive communication across all touchpoints.Create engaging concepts for vendor partnerships, event branding, and offline activations, maintaining a consistent premium brand experience.Oversee timelines, briefs, and creative quality control, working with designers, editors, and agencies to deliver exceptional results.Conduct ongoing research on consumer behavior and motivations, informing creative strategies that strengthen brand recall and improve conversion rates.
