Profile Overview :

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic SEO Manager to lead our SEO team and manage key client relationships. The ideal candidate will combine advanced technical SEO expertise with excellent communication and business acumen. You will oversee a growing team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and drive measurable results for clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the SEO team to ensure effective execution of SEO strategies across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships, and providing strategic insights tailored to their business goals.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that align with client KPIs.
  • Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
  • Optimize website architecture, content, and linking structures for improved search engine performance.
  • Handle large-scale projects, including managing the indexing and optimization of millions of pages.
  • Execute programmatic SEO strategies to maximize automation and scalability.
  • Optimize multi-country and multilingual websites, ensuring cohesive strategies across various regions and markets.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including web development and SEM, to ensure cohesive digital marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and cross-channel marketing strategies.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, actionable insights, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.


Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful SEO strategies for various industries.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to handle client-facing roles effectively.
  • Solid technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and their impact on SEO.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring SEO teams to achieve set targets.
  • Expertise in handling large-scale websites and implementing programmatic SEO solutions.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of SEM, paid media, and their integration with SEO strategies.
  • Experience optimizing multi-country and multilingual websites.
  • Familiarity with local SEO practices and strategies for improving local search rankings.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or SEO-specific tools.
