Role Description

As a Social Media Executive at Digi Acai, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across social platforms for our agency and our D2C clients. You'll play a critical role in building brand presence, driving engagement, and supporting campaigns that align with each client's unique voice, goals, and audience. If you’re passionate about social media trends, creative storytelling, and data-driven strategies, we’d love to have you on our team

Key Responsibilities


Social Media Strategy


  • Develop and execute social media strategies for Digi Acai and its clients in the D2C space.
  • Stay updated on trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to enhance online visibility and engagement.


Content Creation and Curation

  • Create visually appealing posts, reels, stories, and carousels tailored to different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Write compelling captions, taglines, and descriptions that align with the brand voice.
  • Collaborate with designers and videographers for high-quality creatives.


Community Management

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly to build relationships with the audience.
  • Handle crisis management and escalate sensitive issues when necessary.


Performance Analysis

  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) like reach, engagement, follower growth, and click-through rates.
  • Use insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes for Digi Acai and its clients.


Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute campaigns for product launches, promotions, and special events for D2C clients.
  • Ensure campaigns align with brand goals and deliver measurable ROI.


Collaboration and Coordination

  • Work closely with SEO, content, and performance marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
  • Engage with influencers, bloggers, and other collaborators for partnerships and campaigns.


Trend Spotting

  • Research and identify emerging social media trends, viral content opportunities, and new platform features to leverage for clients.


Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience: 6 months - 2 years of experience in managing social media for brands, preferably in D2C or digital marketing agencies.


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields (preferred).


  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent for basic design.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar.


  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • A keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • A creative mindset and enthusiasm for exploring innovative ideas.
