About Us:
Biizline is a B2B order management app, that empowers businesses with seamless order processing and connectivity. We aim to simplify and enhance the way Indian businesses manage their operations. We are looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our team and ensure our customers achieve their desired outcomes with Biizline.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Onboarding & Training
• Guide new customers through onboarding to ensure a smooth transition to the Biizline platform.
• Conduct training sessions to help customers understand app features and maximize usage.
2. Customer Engagement
• Proactively engage with customers to ensure they derive maximum value from Biizline.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
3. Customer Retention & Growth
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
• Work on strategies to retain customers and reduce churn.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional features to existing customers.
4. Issue Resolution
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and concerns.
• Collaborate with the support and technical teams to resolve issues promptly.
5. Data-Driven Insights
• Analyze customer usage data to identify patterns and suggest improvements in the app.
• Provide regular feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer inputs.
6. Community Building
• Create and nurture a community of Biizline users by organizing webinars, events, and interactive sessions.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or customer support, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and customer success platforms.
• Empathy for customers and a passion for helping businesses succeed.
