We’re looking for a passionate  Senior Software Engineer who is proficient in  Node.js, React.js, and React Native and is excited to play a key role in driving product innovation and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

  • Lead the end-to-end development of scalable web and mobile applications using  Node.js ,  React.js , and  React Native .
  • Architect and implement robust backend systems and APIs to support seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers and backend engineers, to deliver high-quality products.
  • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.

Product Development & Management:

  • Work closely with the product manager to define technical requirements that are aligned with business objectives.
  • Contribute to product roadmap planning, offering technical insights to refine features and functionality.
  • Participate in user research and testing to gather feedback and improve the application.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and product stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and goal alignment.

Team Collaboration:

  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
  • Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure product quality through automated and manual testing.

Problem-Solving & Innovation:

  • Identify performance bottlenecks and devise scalable solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and frameworks, integrating them to improve product efficiency.
  • Take ownership of critical technical decisions to ensure scalability and user-centric design.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 4-5 years in software development, focusing on  Node.js ,  React.js , and  React Native .

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and working with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development principles.
  • Hands-on experience with deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and serverless architecture is a plus.

Product Management Alignment:

  • Experience working closely with Product Managers to deliver user-focused solutions.
  • Ability to understand business goals and translate them into technical requirements.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proactive attitude and a passion for building impactful solutions.
