Senior Legal Operations SpecialistKey Responsibilities:Legal & Compliance ManagementMaintain end-to-end legal operations for multiple entities across India and the US, encompassing contract management, compliance governance, notice handling, and coordination with external counsel.Ensure smooth cross-border operations by managing statutory and regulatory compliance under Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, Labour Laws, GST, and IT Act in India.Liaise with registered agents and advisors for Delaware franchise filings, annual reports, and state compliance in the US.Maintain a comprehensive compliance calendar across all entities.Contract Negotiation & AdministrationDraft, review, and negotiate SaaS Agreements, MSAs, NDAs, Channel Partner Agreements, Vendor Contracts, and Consulting Agreements to ensure alignment with business objectives.Support Sales and Finance teams with customer contract reviews, renewals, and compliance with ASC 606 / GDPR / data-protection obligations.Maintain a centralized contract repository, track renewals, and ensure timely renewals of customer and vendor contracts.Develop internal contract playbooks and templates for repeatable use.Legal Coordination & Advisory ServicesCollaborate with external counsel for litigation, IP protection, employment law, and data-privacy matters.Provide legal insights to internal stakeholders on business decisions, pricing models, and new market entry.Governance & Internal Policy DevelopmentDraft, review, and update internal policies – Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery, Data Protection, Vendor Onboarding, and Employment policies.Maintain documentation trails and version control for all legal and policy documents.Establish scalable frameworks for risk management and contractual governance.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in legal operations, contract management, or a related field.Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, including ASC 606 and GDPR.What We Offer:A dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.A competitive salary and benefits package.The chance to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about their work.
