We are seeking a skilled Interior Architectural Designer to lead our residential projects in the UK/European style.Key Responsibilities:Developing interior architectural concepts and creating mood boardsResearching and presenting interior fixtures and finishesCAD drafting for RCP, GA's, elevations and room plansSketchUp drawings for joinery designs and full rooms with panelling, windows and detailed interior architectural elementsPresentation of design work to clients under the oversight of senior designers and design directorsOversight of refurbishment and construction progress on siteThe ideal candidate has 5+ years of high-end residential design experience with a strong portfolio, excellent conceptual skills through to construction detail, proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and 3D modeling skills.The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders. They will also have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work well under pressure.
