Job Title:Contract Management ProfessionalJob Description:We are seeking a skilled Contract Management Professional to provide end-to-end lifecycle management of procurement contracts. Key responsibilities include drafting, vetting, and negotiating IT/software licensing agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), End User License Agreements (EULAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Statements of Work, and Intercompany agreements.This role requires the ability to identify contractual, commercial, and operational risks and provide inputs/marking up contracts. The successful candidate will also provide legal support for ongoing CLM tool activities, participate in discussions with internal stakeholders, external counsels, and advisors during the contracting process, negotiate contract terms and conditions, and lead Contract Management activities.Required Skills and Qualifications:LLB degree or equivalent qualificationMinimum 3 years' work experience with a multinational company and experience as in-house counsel handling contract review and negotiationExpertise in Corporate and Commercial Laws (Company law, Labor Laws, Competition Act etc.)What We Offer:As a Contract Management Professional, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in contract management and work with a dynamic team of professionals.
