Job Opportunity: Contract Lifecycle ExpertWe are seeking an experienced professional to manage the full lifecycle of contracts, from creation to renewal.This role is responsible for project management, system design, and workflow implementation. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with various stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Project management, including scope definition, timeline creation, and resource allocation.Design and implement effective contract management systems and workflows.Troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely resolutions.Stakeholder Engagement & LeadershipAct as a trusted point of contact for legal, procurement, commercial, and technical teams on contract management matters.Translate business requirements into functional specifications and advise on best-practice contracting processes.Influence decision-making and drive alignment across global teams.Process Improvement & Contract GovernanceAssess current processes and design improvements that enhance automation, efficiency, and compliance.Prioritise and manage enhancements, workflow redesign, and template updates.Lead UAT cycles and ensure new features and changes meet business needs.Documentation & Knowledge EnablementMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including workflow guides and user instructions.Develop and deliver training materials to support new features and processes.Metadata Extraction, AI Configuration & Data QualityConfigure metadata and obligation types, ensuring accurate classification and extraction.Work with AI/NLP tools to refine prompts, improve extraction accuracy, and validate results.Perform iterative testing and ensure data integrity across contract repositories.Required Skills & Experience:Extensive hands-on experience with contract management implementations, including configuration and workflow design.Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior teams.Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex system and workflow issues.Experience working in global or distributed teams.BenefitsOngoing professional development and training opportunities.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Competitive salary and benefits package.
