CentAI aims to become the gold standard in detection accuracy, trust, and preventive health technology.Role OverviewAs the Brand and Content Lead, you will be the architect of CentAI’s narrative, voice, and presence. This is a foundational role, the first marketing hire, responsible for everything from brand strategy to content creation, storytelling, social media, PR, and communications. You will shape how CentAI is perceived, build deep consumer trust, and drive communication that educates, inspires, and converts.You will operate as a hands on builder and strategic thinker, someone who can craft a thought provoking tweet, write a brand film script, guide a photoshoot, or brief an agency on a national campaign with equal ease.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and build CentAI’s brand architecture, voice, and visual identityOwn all content and communication across editorial, campaigns, web, email, social, and videoTranslate complex healthcare and AI concepts into simple, credible, and emotionally resonant storytellingCreate and manage the content calendar across channels such as social media, website, PR, blogs, and thought leadershipBuild and manage a small internal creative team of writers, designers, and editors, along with external agencies or freelancersConceptualize and execute brand and growth campaigns in collaboration with performance and sales teamsWork closely with founders and leadership to shape the larger narrative of preventive health and technology in IndiaOwn end-to-end creative production from briefing to execution, ensuring brand consistency across touchpointsDevelop thought leadership, PR narratives, and long-form content for credibility and influenceContinuously measure the impact of brand and content efforts on awareness, engagement, and lead qualityIdeal Background6 to 10 years of experience in brand building, content, or marketing roles in consumer tech, healthtech, or new age startupsProven ability to conceptualize and execute campaigns from idea to film, copy, and performance integrationExceptional writing, storytelling, and visual communication skillsExperience managing creative teams and external agenciesStrong understanding of digital channels, social media, and content-driven growthAbility to operate independently in a fast-moving, high-ownership environmentDeep curiosity about technology, healthcare, and the future of preventive healthWhy Join CentAIBe the founding storyteller of a category-defining healthtech companyBuild the CentAI brand from the ground up and shape the national narrative on early detectionWork at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and brand storytellingOperate with complete creative ownership and high strategic influence
