We have the responsibility to define delivery concepts and network setup to meet customer requirements, forecast and planning for all materials for the service business, inventory management maintaining optimal inventory level across the value chain, and project management of continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain.ResponsibilitiesMRP Planning, Purchase order processing and coordinating till good receiptsImproving Inventory turnover (ITO) and Material Availability & Reliability through Analytical reasoning of the root causes and corrective measuresKeeping track of material consumption patterns, Replenishment lead time and Forecast fluctuation and mitigating the risks in case of deviationsDriving lean initiatives & Process improvementsQualificationsPreferably graduate/post-graduate in any stream having experience in MRP Planning & SAP3-6 years of experience from a global international supply chain function within production, Material planning and/or spare parts /service environmentHands on experience in applying supply chain principles and methods including reportingSolid experience in inventory planning/optimization and delivery performance preferably in a global distribution networkWorking knowledge in SAP is mustCompetenciesGood knowledge in SAP (MM, SD module specifically), MS Excel.Ability to understand the Master data parameters and its implications on the planning sideBasic statistics knowledgeAbility to understand the complex supply chain network and its intricaciesCross cultural understanding is a mustExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Excellent stakeholder management skillsWorking style is well structured, proactive, flexible and persistent.Ability to communicate complex supply chain information in a simple and transparent mannerGood system and business understandingAbility to work on Ambiguity to provide clarity and sail through the murky waterNot restricting himself/herself within the Roles & Responsibilities boundaries and willingness to reach out for getting things doneChallenging the status quoWhat We offerWe offer an exciting job with excellent opportunities for professional and personal development in an inspiring environment at the world's leading producer of wind turbines.
