The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping processes, and overseeing financial reporting. Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections. Perform regular bank reconciliations and financial audits. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review. Assist in budget preparation and forecasting. Manage payroll and ensure compliance with payroll regulations. Collaborate with external auditors and tax professionals during audits and tax filings. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
