In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in supporting our company's financial health.Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly documented. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely manner. Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial discrepancies. Prepare monthly financial statements and reports. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. Collaborate with external accountants for annual tax preparation and audits. Update and maintain accounting software and financial databases. RequirementsProven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
