About the RoleJob SummaryWe are seeking a skilled professional to implement and support the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central system.Key Responsibilities:Implement and support the SAP SuccessFactors Employee central systemDefine business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirement and standard SuccessFactors solutionHands-on experience with all data models and excellent knowledge of XMLSystem configuration in accordance with solution design & configuration workbook/Business BlueprintHelp Clients understand alternatives for System configuration and designDefining Company structure, Data models, Business Rules, Permission ManagementExperience in integrating SAP EC with HRIS & payroll systemsStrong Learning ability, Agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environmentMust have SuccessFactors certification in EC moduleExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
