RoleSAP Success factors Employee Central consultantRequired Technical Skill SetSAP Success factors Employee CentralDesired Experience Range**10 yearsLocation of RequirementKolkata/AhmedabadDesired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)Must-Have**- Should have basic knowledge on SAP SuccessFactors.- Implement and support the SAP SuccessFactors Employee central.- Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirement and standard SuccessFactors solution.- Hands on all the data models and excellent knowledge of xml.- System configuration in accordance with solution design & configuration workbook/Business Blueprint.- Help Client understand alternatives for System configuration and design.- Defining Company structure, Data models, Business Rules, Permission Management- experience in integrating SAP EC with HRIS & payroll systems- Strong Learning ability- Agility and wiliness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environment.- Must have SuccessFactors certification in EC module- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood-to-Have- Good to have Onboarding 2.0 knowledge and Employee central.Integration knowledge will be an extra add on.
