Additionally, we assist top brands with purchase orders and B2B enterprise solutions.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Shopify Sales Assistant at our Kochi location. The Shopify Sales Assistant will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with sales processes. The role includes maintaining clear communication channels, building strong client relationships, and ensuring organizational efficiency to support business objectives.QualificationsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationshipsExcellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needsEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficiency in sales processes and familiarity with achieving sales targetsHighly organized with strong organizational and time management skillsPrior experience in e-commerce or Shopify-related roles is an advantageBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
