Make the team faster, clearer, and more alignedRun daily standups with engineering & designTrack deliverables, blockers, risksEnsure deadlines are realFollow-up relentlesslyConvert founder’s direction into actionable tasksKeep the founder and CTO fully in sync2. Be the founder’s execution engineManage weekly prioritiesBuild summaries, reports, decisionsReduce cognitive load for the founderHelp with market research, internal docs, and product clarity3. Product & GTM alignmentHelp refine product flows & UX clarityCoordinate user calls and summarize insightsPartner with founder to improve internal storytelling & product narratives4.
