Job Opportunity:We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Trader with experience or strong interest in trading, market microstructure, and quantitative methods. This role offers hands-on experience with trading strategies, data analysis, and statistical modeling applied to digital asset markets.Key Responsibilities:Conduct research on cryptocurrency markets, including price modeling, volatility analysis, and market microstructure.Develop and backtest algorithmic trading strategies using quantitative methods.Analyze large datasets across multiple exchanges to uncover patterns and identify trading opportunities.Create research reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.Collaborate with engineers to integrate research into production trading systems.Support the development of risk management and portfolio optimization models.Requirements:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLABFamiliarity with data analysis tools such as pandas, NumPy, or TensorFlowAbility to work effectively in a team environmentExcellent communication and presentation skillsIntegrity and growth mindsetWhat We Offer:As a Quantitative Trader, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other researchers, engineers, and product managers and report directly to the Head of Research.
