A talented team, great perks, and an amazing culture = an employee-rated Best Place to WorkResponsibilities2+ years of development experience with Apex, VisualForce, and SalesforceWork with stakeholders and portfolio and solution architects to identify reasonable migration paths from the current state to target architecturesWork closely with various teams (Business, Development, Infrastructure, PMO) to define and implement elegant, scalable, and sustainable technical solutions using the Salesforce technologies, with a focus on adhering to industry standards, best practices, and code quality techniquesResearch, recommend, and implement App Exchange applications and salesforce upgrades to help meet business needsIdeally, experience delivering ISV products and writing generic re-usable codeStrong in Apex, Lightning, JavaScript, and Visualforce (full stack)Provide Salesforce technical leadership for a team of developers, admins, and analystsDocument current and future state processes and develop technical specifications for projects and enhancementsAid end-user application support (troubleshooting errors, managing support tickets, and testing solutions) and release management (migration, refreshes, version control, and deployment) as neededLead design of technical end-to-end solutions for business processes using Salesforce.com Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & force.com platformWork with internal technical team members representing back office applications to design seamless integration between the applications, particularly ERP and Financial applicationsDemonstrate ability to multi-task and re-prioritize responsibilities based on changing requirements (such as urgent customer problemsManage a sizeable high-performance engineering team or multiple teamsQualificationsStrong technical skills with a minimum of 4 years of technology experience,Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Force.com/Salesforce1 platformProficiency in Javascript with an emphasis on frontend frameworks such as ReactKnowledge and experience working with various AWS tools, as well as an understanding of KubernetesExperience enabling Salesforce solutions on mobile platformsExperience implementing AppExchange applicationsKnowledge of platform limitations and mitigation strategiesExperience with Release and Change Management best practices on the Salesforce platformSalesforceDeveloper and Architect Certifications are a plus but not requiredSolid communication skills and ability to work within a team environment
