Leading UAV Software Developer

Job Title: Manager - Software Development (UAV)As a key member of our team, you will lead the development of mission-critical software for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and loitering munitions.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and implementation of flight software, firmware development, onboard autonomy stacks, mission planning, and ground control station applications.Drive the development of real-time systems using C/C++ and RTOS for autopilot, navigation, telemetry, and vehicle control.Oversee the development of middleware interfaces using ROS/ROS2, DDS, MAVLink, etc.Develop UAV simulation environments using Gazebo, PX4 SITL/HITL, Mission Planner, and custom simulators.Requirements:Strong programming expertise in C/C++, Python, and embedded systems.Experience with PX4, ArduPilot, ROS/ROS2, drone control stack, and middleware.Familiarity with AI/ML integration for UAV systems.Deep understanding of aerodynamics, control systems, EKF/INS, SLAM, and navigation algorithms.Experience building GCS applications using Qt/QML or web technologies.Experience with military communication protocols and secure networking.Proven experience managing engineering teams and large software projects.Strong documentation discipline and understanding of certification workflows.Benefits:You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology, collaborate with a talented team, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.Join Our Team:We are seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our team.
