Software Development ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Manager to lead our UAV software development team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end development of mission-critical software (MCS) for UAV and Loitering Munitions.Job Description:The Software Development Manager will oversee the architecture, design, and development of flight software, firmware development, onboard autonomy stack, mission planning, and GCS applications. You will drive implementation of real-time systems (C/C++/RTOS) for autopilot, navigation, telemetry, and vehicle control.Lead architecture, design, and development of flight software, firmware development, onboard autonomy stack, mission planning, and GCS applications.Drive implementation of real-time systems (C/C++/RTOS) for autopilot, navigation, telemetry, and vehicle control.You will also oversee development of middleware interfaces (ROS/ROS2, DDS, MAVLink, etc.) and drive UAV simulation environments using Gazebo, PX4 SITL/HITL, Mission Planner, and custom simulators.Oversee development of middleware interfaces (ROS/ROS2, DDS, MAVLink, etc.).Drive UAV simulation environments using Gazebo, PX4 SITL/HITL, Mission Planner, and custom simulators.The role requires strong technical skills in C/C++, Python, and embedded systems, as well as experience with PX4, ArduPilot, ROS/ROS2, drone control stack, and middleware.
