LocationThe successful candidate shall be placed at Pune Location. It is a Full-time Job, “No” remote work. GenAI expertise, 2 to 4-year experience. IC expertise is good to have. Willing to work on a 12 months (extendable) contract may apply.ExperienceCandidates should have experience between 2-4 yearsOverview:We are seeking a GenAI professional with 2 to 4 years of experience to support healthcare incentive compensation (IC) use cases. The ideal candidate will apply AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and deliver data-driven insights for business stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Configure and implement Incentive Compensation (IC) use cases using our in-house GenAI platform.Collaborate with business teams to understand IC requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.Work with the in-house GenAI tool to set up data, configure prompts and pipelines, and fine-tune functions based on results.Test, validate, and optimize AI outputs to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with healthcare business needs.Good to Have:Experience or understanding of Incentive Compensation (IC) processes.Exposure to healthcare data or analytics.About UsTerra TCC is a Technology & Sustainability company offering services in Software, Environmental consulting, and Staff Augmentation to top-notch clients.
