As an ethical organization, we prioritize equal opportunities and create a safe, respectful workplace for everyone.Design and implement end-to-end initiatives to drive business outcomes.Analyze data to uncover insights and inform strategic decisions.Develop actionable recommendations to enhance business processes.Pursue pre-sales activities as a senior consultant.RequirementsCultivate commercial experience with various classical data science and machine learning models (e.g., decision trees, ensemble-based tree models, linear regression).Familiarize yourself with customer analytics DS concepts or advanced forecasting techniques.Tune model hyperparameters and apply validation frameworks.Gather business requirements, transform them into technical plans, process data, engineer features, and evaluate models.Prior experience in analytical roles supporting business will be beneficial.Demonstrate fluency in Python and basic working knowledge of SQL.Acquire knowledge of specific DS/ML libraries.Showcase solid experience in one of the cloud computing platforms (Databricks or GCP or Azure).Nice To HaveUnderstand causal machine learning principles.Gain experience in working with big data and distributed environments.Achieve commercial success by delivering multiple projects in forecasting.Mastery of object-oriented programming in Python.Experience with MLOps.Familiarity with other languages like R or Scala will be advantageous.GeneralFamiliarize yourself with basic computer programming skills and fundamental programming concepts.Demonstrate strong business acumen.Explore deep learning, reinforcement learning, or other advanced modeling concepts in classical Data Science problems.Show creativity in finding solutions to address customer challenges.
