About Us:

We've built a powerful should cost engineering platform named xcPEP which is currently in its 4th iteration.

In our history, we have operated in several domains of engineering slowly narrowing down to and then specializing around should costing.

As of 2024, we are dedicated to digitizing cost engineering operations at our customers and supporting them with services on top of xcPEP to help control and reduce manufacturing costs.


Our Software Products:

       •       xcPEP : A platform offering cost engineering services to OEMs.

       •       xcPROC : A marketplace to discover parts and suppliers. (Recently Launched)

 

We are also integrating AI capabilities into our xcPEP platform and are seeking skilled frontend developers to help create intuitive, high-performing user experiences that support these advanced features.

 

Key Responsibilities:

       •       Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React, Redux, and Next.js.

       •       Collaborate with backend developers and other team members to ensure seamless integration of front-end components with APIs and AI-driven features.

       •       Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and usability.

       •       Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mock-ups into high-quality, interactive features.

       •       Implement best practices in front-end development, including code reusability and modular design.

       •       Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing web applications to ensure consistency and reliability.

 

Qualifications:

       •       2+ years of experience in frontend development with React, Redux, and Next.js.

       •       Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

       •       Experience with state management using Redux and asynchronous data fetching.

       •       Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

       •       Ability to collaborate in an agile environment and communicate effectively across teams.

       •       Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.

 

Nice to Have:

       •       Experience working with AI-driven features or data visualization.

       •       Understanding of backend technologies and RESTful APIs.

       •       Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.

       •       Experience with CSS pre-processors like SASS or styled- components.
