Job Description:

  • Conduct study and analysis of automotive systems, including Electric Vehicles (EV) and Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) vehicles, focusing on architecture, features, Bill of Materials (BOM), and costing.
  • Create architecture layout diagrams.
  • Generate teardown BOMs for comprehensive vehicle analysis.
  • Map vehicle features and specifications.
  • Assess and analyze raw material grades.
  • Coordinate reverse engineering efforts for CAD model creation.
  • Perform detailed data analysis and generate actionable insights.
  • Present project outcomes, insights, and analysis to clients during workshops.


Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of automotive systems.
  • Familiarity with engineering drawings and mechanical engineering concepts.
  • Knowledge of engineering materials and their properties.
  • Strong curiosity and willingness to learn new concepts.
  • Understanding of CAD structures, Vehicle Configuration Systems (VCS), and assembly processes.
