We are seeking a results-driven Zonal Operations Manager to lead our multi-campus operations across Pan India.About the RoleThe Zonal Operations Manager will oversee the operational performance of approximately 4–5 schools within an assigned zone, ensuring efficient and smooth functioning across all campuses. This role demands strong strategic planning, leadership, and coordination skills to drive operational excellence and ensure adherence to organizational standards.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of all schools in the assigned zone.Lead and support School Managers and School Executives to ensure operational goals are met.Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance across all branches.Monitor performance metrics, operational efficiency, and service quality across schools.Coordinate with central departments including HR, Finance, Academics, and Administration for process alignment.Requirements:MBA or equivalent degree in Operations/Management from a reputed institute.Minimum 4+ years of experience in operations or administration, preferably in education or service sectors.Experience managing multi-branch or multi-location operations.
