Technical Leader for Oracle HCM Cloud SolutionsThis role involves leading the development and technical strategy for Oracle HCM Cloud.You will be responsible for building integrations using OIC or equivalent middleware, developing fast formulas, BI Publisher reports, HDL, and REST APIs.The ideal candidate should have strong hands in OIC, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Reports, and HDL.Key Responsibilities:Lead the technical vision and direction for Oracle HCM Cloud projects.Design and implement integrations using OIC or equivalent middleware.Develop complex formulas, reports, and APIs to support business requirements.Review and ensure adherence to best practices across the delivery team.Partner with functional consultants to translate business needs into working solutions.Troubleshoot complex issues with confidence and resolve them promptly.Oversee deployments, testing cycles, and production support for Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.Mentor junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.Required Skills and Qualifications:6-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical development.Strong understanding of OIC, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Reports, and HDL.Experience in Core HR, Absence, Payroll, or ORC is a significant advantage.Solid grasp of REST and SOAP web services.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Prior experience guiding technical teams through global implementations.Certification is a bonus, but real skills are more valuable.
