Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled professional to fill a key role in our implementation and support team. As a senior member of our Dynamics solutions team, you will work closely with business users to understand their requirements and provide guidance on the use of D365 F&O Finance module & Project Management and Accounting (PMA).The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of D365 F&O Finance module & PMA as well as experience in implementing customized solutions to complex business problems. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize are essential for this role.Support the ongoing roll out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) across all countries in the organizationProvide support and guidance to business usersContribute towards solution designAssist with configuration and data migrationTroubleshoot issues and recommend solutionsKey competencies include:Deep functional knowledge of D365 F&O Finance module & PMAAble to apply functional knowledge to practical scenariosExperience of customised solutions to complex business problemsAbility to communicate clearly with global colleaguesAdditional responsibilities include:Keeping up to date with Microsoft continuous release plans and recommending appropriate new functionality when it becomes availableAnalysing business processes to identify opportunities for improvementAbout the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and make a meaningful contribution to our clients' success.
