About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily accounting activities, including general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations.Support financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes.Handle book closing, financial statement preparation, and timely management information systems (MIS).E nsure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, and other applicable regulations.Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and other disbursements efficiently.Coordinate audits, tax filings, and liaison with external auditors/consultants as required.Manage accounts payable/receivable and maintain accurate transaction records.Maintain documentation for cross-border payments and international vendor transactions.Monitor cash flows and coordinate with banks and financial institutions.Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, taxation, and compliance regulations relevant to the business.Requirements:Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA/ CA Inter / CMA preferred but not mandatory).4–7 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a fast-growing company.Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and general compliance requirements.Experience in book closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.Familiarity with cross-border payment processes, FEMA basics, and related compliance.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar).Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer:A unique opportunity to be part of a growing technology start-up.A collaborative work environment with learning opportunities.Competitive compensation and benefits.
