We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team and independently drive financial efficiency through Telecom Expense Management (TEM). If you have a passion for deep data analysis, delivering cost-saving solutions, and optimizing complex enterprise contracts, this high-impact role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesReview carrier data and compare against various source data (contracts, inventory, etc.) to identify potential misbilling itemsOptimize services by identifying opportunities to upgrade technology, bandwidth, or improve contract efficiencyFile approved opportunities with the respective vendor and track them through to completionMeasure the customer benefit of implemented cost reduction and optimization opportunitiesUtilize network and contractual knowledge to communicate savings and optimization information to clientsCollaborate with business leads to analyze new opportunities, identify audit priorities, and determine potential client needsRequired SkillsExcellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with strong attention to detailStrong time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlinesProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software; advanced Excel knowledge, including macros, pivot tables, and common formulasAbility to prioritize work activities based on financial impact to business goalsPassion for deep analytical, algorithmic work while staying connected to core business teamsExperience with vendor portals for major US and international carriersKnowledge of telecom carrier products, invoice formats, billing systems, and carrier contractsExperience benchmarking telecom products is a plusAbout UsAt Inspiredge IT Solutions, our vision is to enable businesses worldwide to achieve intelligent, efficient, and sustainable transformation.
