**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive - Operations and Admin to strengthen and manage our backend operations. The role involves overseeing telecom, data center, and vendor management functions, with a strong focus on resource optimization, vendor performance improvement, and supporting operational strategies for business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle end-to-end procurement of telecom resources, ensuring optimal costs and maintaining high service levels through effective vendor collaboration.
- Supervise data center activities including resource allocation, performance tracking, and implementing measures to enhance scalability and reliability.
- Formulate and execute vendor management strategies, including vendor evaluation, negotiation, onboarding, and performance tracking.
- Lead technical troubleshooting related to assets and server infrastructures, minimize downtime, and implement preventive maintenance plans.
- Respond to operational queries through a ticketing system, analyze repetitive issues, and recommend improvements to processes.
- Establish and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance day-to-day administrative operations in line with company best practices.
- Support leadership in operational planning, vendor audits, and initiatives aimed at cost optimization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to forecast operational requirements and align resource management with strategic goals.
- Collect, organize, and present operational data from multiple sources to assist in management decision-making and dashboard reporting.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Relevant experience within telecom technology organizations (preferably companies like Exotel, Knowlarity, Ozonetel, or equivalent cloud telephony providers).
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to streamline and optimize operational workflows.
- Analytical mindset with a commitment to continuous process improvement.
- Sound understanding of telecom and data center technologies.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and dashboard/reporting tools.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred).
- **Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Hands-on experience with reporting tools like Google Data Studio, AWS QuickSight, or similar.
- Strong operational data analysis skills.
- Expertise in vendor management and resource optimization.
- Excellent interpersonal, networking, and organizational skills.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of backend operations experience.

**Work Environment**:

- Location: On-site at Noida, Sector 2.
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week; flexible hours required, including rostered Sundays.
- Travel: Should be willing to travel for data center inspections across various Indian cities, as needed.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
